In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, garments received after the 14 days will be entitled to an exchange to the value of the garment returned.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own piece of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 5 working days to be returned to our shop, unless sent via special delivery, please note refund will be processed within 3 days of our receipt.

*When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled, flawed and without price tags intact.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact the shop on telephone -
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Faulty goods if in stock will be replaced or a full refund will be given if goods are out of stock on the basis of returning the items in 7 days.
Except for sale items you can return any item of clothing within 14 days and receive a full refund, minus delivery costs.
